Cancellation Policy
If a “NO CALL NO SHOW” occurs without any communication .. Vibes Spa Studio will Charge 100% of the service & be Unable to book any future appointments. This can be avoided by providing cancellation request 48 prior to scheduled appointment. ***&ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A EMERGENCY CANCELLATION, we ask that the client please provide sufficient reasoning and your appointment can be compensated with charged amount ( from cancellation) and rescheduled. This may only be done through DIRECT COMMUNICATION TO THE SPA VIA TEXT OR PHONE CALL… Thank you
